Who we are
AskPolly is run by The Pathfinder Labs Corporation Limited. We are the data controller for the information you give us on this website. You can contact us about your data at privacy@pathfinderlabs.co.uk.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect the email address you enter. We don't ask for anything else.
How we use it
We use your email address only to tell you when AskPolly is ready and to send you occasional updates about the launch. We will never sell it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Our lawful basis
We rely on your consent, which you give when you join the waitlist. You can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing us.
Who else handles it
Webflow hosts this website and stores waitlist sign-ups for us. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that sign-ups come from a person, not a bot, and processes technical information such as your IP address to do so. This site also loads fonts from Google, so your browser connects to Google's servers. Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be processed outside the UK under the transfer safeguards in their terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing privacy@pathfinderlabs.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
